With elegant interiors and tasteful decor, you feel as if you’re in your own jungle hideaway. This is a perfect home for privacy and tranquility with the ocean views beckoning you. 

    This custom-designed home features six master suites, each with terraces and ocean views, indoor gourmet kitchen, a pool, and a private and separate 500sq ft BBQ patio and bar next to pool . 

    Our luxury villa offers a full staff, kitchen, outside bar, a majestic garden area with two patios, and a pool overlooking the ocean, our main goal is that you relax and leave the rest to us!

    Villa Gran Dia provides a real sense of elation.  With the astonishing views, superb amenities, and professional staff, it has easily joined the ranks of one of the top villas in the area.  We are delighted to welcome you to our villa, and vacation you will never forget!

Event fee $295 nonrefundable. More than 16 people attending. you will need to hire a caterer and event planner. No electrical usage of any kind
No more than 16 guests may stay unless approved. No jumping, standing-on, or moving furniture! The exception obviously is patio/dining chairs.
Guests get 2 towels in their rooms and 1 pool towel/day. Please don't take towels from the house, you will be charged for any that don't returned.
