Pros: comfortable beds and bathrooms, tasty breakfast buffet Cons: front desk staff at night not very welcoming or accommodating, room key access point was partially broken, one bedside lamp was not working Overall comfortable but unsatisfactory in key areas. Would not stay again.

We stayed for one night due to our flight situation back to US. Upon checking in we were asked to pay additional 500 some peso as we have 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, youngest at 9 years old. We were never asked for such additional payment in US at any other hotels, but this time the staff was adamant, we ended up opting for getting additional room for our 3 kids, at ~1600 peso. At checkout, we requested a shuttle to airport, which is very close by, like walking distance. We specifically asked how much it'd cost, the staff said it's complimentary. Yet when the driver dropped us off at the airport, he asked for 70 peso cash, yet we ran out of cash and taxi in Puerto Vallarta don't take credit cards. While these episodes are minor, they ruined your vacation mood

All good, this hotel is very clean and the room we got was excellent. We had a big terrace with a small dinning table/chairs and two beach chairs. We had breakfast and lunch. Both excellent, little pricy for the area but ok. Access to Taxi and Uber in less than 5 minutes. There are very good places for food in La Marina area, just 5-10 minutes walk. There is construction and abandoned lots by the hotel so the view around is not that good. However, This hotel has a great pool area in the 2nd floor, it has a bar and food, very good to hang out for a couple of hours and have a drink. Staff is friendly and can help with any request. Location is good, near the airport and about 15-20 minutes to Puerto Vallarta Malecón ( Old town with hundreds of dinning and shopping options).

Always clean and convenient. Right next to the marina just a short walk away with restaurants and shopping. Hotel is very clean as you would expect for a Holiday Inn. Great place to stay

Did not like that there was not a menu option for breakfast. We are seniors who would like only a coffee and fruit and yogurt, not eggs, sausages, potatoes etc. Why not offer as part of the buffet a small option of only 2 dishes for example.

Great location close to the marina and the airport. Nice room good air conditioning restaurant , bar and pool areas were nice good Wi Fi . Bed was a bit soft and only 2 English channels all other in Spanish only .

The pool area on the second floor roof. Some road noise, but wasn’t a big deal to me. There is tons of room for everyone up there the beer, and the food is a fair price, and good. On the left side of the building, there is a torn down garage, that kind of wrecks your review. Not much they can do about it. Rooms are really nice, the gym is decent. if you’re going to have breakfast there, pre-pay for it in your reservation!! This will make it half price.

I like the quiet room. Close to Airport. The breakfast were delicious, it dosent have a lot of quantity of dishes, but this time had a quality of food and selected sweet fresh fruits. Staff at the restaurant was very pleasant and polite. I did not like that the 2nd. Day of my staying there my room was not clean and found dead gecko on the floor and I see that the shower in the bathroom has not been clean for several days. Also I did not like the altitude a one of the lady who was at the front desk on my last day before aiwas checking out my room I called to the receptionist to ask what time is my checking out or until what time I can remain in the room, she answered me very sarcastic and un polite. But I always like to stay in this hotel because is very pleasant for me and ai feel safe.

We loved the king suite room with the balcony! Amazing views of the city, golf course, marina area & ocean in the distance. The room was beautifully equipped with comfortable king bed, small fridge, microwave, good sized TV, double sinks in bathroom and power drapes! The water pressure in shower was weak and we could have used a safety grab bar in the shower. Food in the snack bar (hot dogs & hamburgers) was very tasty, all in all , a most enjoyable stay!
