"The hotel was nice, there areas that weren't cooled efficiently, especially in some restaurants. The pool water was too warm . FYI there were a lot of children at the resort make sure you book at the hotel next door if that is an issue."

"This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport."

"The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, friendly, and consistently polite, which made our stay very enjoyable. The buffet offered a wide variety of flavorful options, and the rooms were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location. If you’re planning to visit the Malecón, it’s about a 15-minute walk, and we felt safe walking there during our stay. In addition to the buffet, the hotel has two restaurants that require dinner reservations. We tried Corazón Contento, the Mexican restaurant. The food was decent, but it wasn’t particularly memorable, so I don’t think you’d be missing out if you decided to skip it. There’s also an Italian restaurant on the property, although we didn’t have the chance to try it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning."

"Nos recibieron con gran amabilidad, gracias Melía hotel, nos dieron un upgrade en habitación y en bebidas, incluso nos permitieron quedarnos un par de horas despues de la hora de salida. La comida en el buffet es bastante buena, las bebidas tambien, pero lo que mas nos ha sorprendido es el excelente servicio, todas las personas que trabajan ahí, desde la recepción hasta los que limpian, saludan y sonríen, gracias! Las amenidades y las actividades están a la orden del día. No pudimos disfrutar del bar de la alberca porque no estaba disponible. Tenemos que aplaudir de pie a los chicos que hicieron el show nocturno, que a pesar que el público estaba reducido, hicieron increíble su presentación, de primera clase. Felicidades!"
