Very clean pools and grounds. Our room view was perfect looking at pool and beach. Some language barriers since i dont know spanish, but everyone was friendly. Liked the on site Cafe.

The setting was beautiful, with multiple pools with adequate loungers most of the time. An additional plus was that many of the pools were kid friendly. The staff at the restaurant in the facility were gracious and food and drinks excellent. The room itself had seen better days, and the cleaning/supplying of towels, and shampoo was inconsistent during our stay.

I stayed at Los Tules Villas in Puerto Vallarta with my kids, and we had a great time! The location is perfect—everything you need is within a short walk, and the pools were a big hit with the kids. It really felt like a relaxing and convenient place for a family vacation. The tropical vibe and the peaceful surroundings made for a lovely stay. The property has a great atmosphere, though the rooms are a little older and could benefit from some updates and extra attention. However, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of our time there. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a fun and convenient place to stay in Puerto Vallarta."

Lovely quiet Mexican resort. We started our stay with friends in a time share unit and stayed on a few more days. The studio that we rented was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view of the back of the restaurant was OK ... but not outstanding. We would return to this resort which has six great pools, lots of ocean frontage, fabulous view of Banderas Bay, shopping and bank across the road, bus stop just outside, and a nice bar and restaurant

Got there the lock box did not work or the house phone can’t call the front desk backs and forth 3 times finally . Got someone to fix it , the manager Veronica could give a care they did not even ask me how was my stay. At ready and on the last day I found steel wool in my eggs no jokes , they did not even apologize nor did I get to speak to the manager . This was like 7 th time I have say there I won’t be back, oh not enough shade in the pool areas and the most uncomfortable beach chairs you could ever imagine . Come on Mexico time to step it up a notch. There just really unfriendly to Americans.

I had to move the icebox out of the closet and buy a extension cord to make a place to make drinks or remove items from microwave . Not worth the money I paid for the room. No outside seating or view . Outside was beautiful grounds. Pools were great!

The property is in a very good location. Beautiful area and grounds. Park like setting. Small number of rooms for the size of property making it feel very private. Very wide beach and clean. Lots of different owners of these units and depending on the owner as to how well kept up the unit is. We were in a unit that could have used some up dates and fixing such as patio and sink. Otherwise it was clean and very comfortable. We were only on second floor which made the stairs bearable. Third and forth floors not so nice. Lots of pools and chairs. We would go back.

I'm been going to Los Tules the las ten years, Love the tropical feeling all around, the rooms are mexican style it feels warm and cultural. So many pools, they never full of people and the view of the Sea is Priceless. Many restaurants around and also a nice shopping mal in front of it. LOVE IT.

Great stay, and the property made checkin and and checkout quick and easy. There is only one restaurant and they take a very long time to serve the food but it's very convenient so we dealt with it.
