The vibe was so relaxing and zen. O absolutely loved it. I’ve been going to Puerto vallarta for years and see the same place every time because I love it and I love the pool. I think I will try this for a few days next time and a few days at the other place. I’d liked it that much.

I had a great stay at the Maxwell. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was always cleaned and always restocked. The only complaint would be beach access. It’s not as accessible as an oceanfront hotel should be. The concierge Alex was very helpful throughout my stay.

Nice 15mins walk from town
We were pretty bummed that the whole rooftop was closed for repairs. However, our stay at Maxwell was great and we have nothing to complain about. Room was very clean and comfy. Great amenities with nice pool and restaurant/bar. We’d def stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were worried about not being in the romantic zone, but it was a quick 10 minute walk away from the action. Excellent service and a nice quiet pool!

Great property, very clean and service was excellent. Pools were nice, dinners were good for the price. The only issue would be no real beach. If you want to go for a long beach walk you are going to have to take a cab or be a mountain goat. But if you want to sit at a pool overlooking PV and then going clubbing then it’s great

While on vacation a few years ago, we stayed next door to Indah while it was being built. Just stayed at Indah for two nights and it was wonderful! Interior unit on the 5th floor with fantastic views! The building is beautiful, everyone is super friendly, and having an onsite restaurant and bar is a great amenity. Loved the place

The design and style of this hotel was absolutely amazing! I would call it sophisticated bohemian:) But the best part of our stay here was hands down the service! Everyone was very warm and friendly, and very helpful. During our stay we had direct contact with a concierge via texting or in person. They answered all of my questions and helped make our vacation experience that much better! Oh! And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool and restaurant! The infinity pool and views were stunning! The restaurant food was very delicious, and fresh! And they were very accommodating to vegetarians:) I would highly recommend the Maxwell Residents at Indah for your Puerto Vallarta vacation!

I loved the roof top infinity pool and the food was great! I loved the food so much I only ate outside of the residence a few times. Also another favorite was their passion fruit margarita!

This property is beautiful. We didn’t get the room I thought we did but the area immediately outside our room, the lounge, and the pool completely made up for it. We had such a great time. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Texting is convenient throughout the day for ideas, opinions, help with transportation and events. Dining is inexpensive and so are the drinks. The food was great and service was really good. Wonderful stay. Book it. You won’t regret it. They are all so nice and happy. And bilingual!

Paradise found
From online booking all the way to checkout Maxwell Residences at Indah understand how to optimize the guest experience and certainly made our trip seamless and enjoyable. The place is spotless, the rooms are spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The view from the rooftop pool and restaurant is unbeatable. A slice of heaven within walking distance or a short cab ride to the hustle and bustle of the downtown.

So good. So, so, good.
After deciding not to stay with friends in their rather dumpy rental house I found a lovely spot at Maxwell for the weekend. New and clean, with amazing service and food made my experience far better than I would have thought. Hotels in PV are such a crapshoot and are usually a letdown but Maxwell Residences at Indah did not. The gym is HUGE and full equipped, the pool is bigger than the gym. The staff is always available and were super helpful during the stay. Everything is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The patio furniture is Dedon. What more do you need to know if they’re spending that much on patio furniture? Going forward, Maxwell will be the only place I’ll stay in PV. It’s just that good.

We had a fabulous stay at Maxwells at Indah. Our unit was beautifully decorated, everything you could want for entertainment, cooking etc was on hand (we just ate and drank at the Indah’s excellent and affordable restaurant). The views are stunning. The staff on site at Maxwells was very professional and responsive. The Indah staff are friendly and efficient. The photos don’t do it justice! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ROOM! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, drinks by the bar were well-balanced (I’m a bartender) and food was delicious. Last but not least, the manager Elliot went above and beyond to make our entire group happy. From quick email responses prior to traveling to our actual stay, he did everything to ensure we had an amazing and relaxing time. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return! The small beaches near the hotel were perfect for snorkeling and not very busy at all. Water temp were just PERFECT!

Our experience at Maxwell Residences at Indah was incredible! I was blown away by the service, the amenities and how beautiful our condo was. I wasn't sure what to expect since there were not many reviews out there but all reviews showed 5 stars by recent attendees and beautiful photos. I have been to Puerto Vallarta 10 times and have always stayed at a resort in the Hotel Zone area or Nuevo Vallarta. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else besides Maxwell Residences. It was pristine, the rooftop pool was amazing with poolside service, and the concierge was able to book us last minute massages in our room! I can't wait to stay here again!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at Maxwell Residences at Indah in Puerto Vallarta! The rooftop pool is amazing and has the most spectacular view of PV. On top of that, we spent many of our days by the pool sipping cocktails and delicious food at the restaurant - can’t get better than that! The view from the rooftop is heavenly! We could not get enough of it. The location is amazing. It is close to the beautiful beaches and the downtown area. There was even an option to get in-suite spa services. We all got massages on the terrace at sunset! They were a true highlight of the trip. The service was impeccable! We all felt like royalty. We can’t wait to book another incredible vacation at Maxwell Residences at Indah !!

Love our stay at Maxwell Residence at Indah
My friends and I stayed at Maxwell Residence at Indah for my birthday weekend. Checking in and suite instructions are easy and quick with the friendly staffs. We love the roof top infinity pool which has many beautiful views. With the bar, pool and restaurant all at the rooftop we couldn’t get enough of the view. The suite is clean and well maintained. The common area is very spacious. Overall, our stay at Indah was amazing and would definitely come back to this place since the price is very good. It’s cheaper than we expect for this beautiful getaway and great service with the staffs.

My stay at Maxwell Indah was similar to what I have always imagined as a dream vacation! I had an incredible stay with my family and we were treated to such incredible amenities in a beyond comforting clean room. The rooftop pool was amazing with guaranteed the best views in PV. Many hours were spent there with a margarita in hand! We even took advantage of the private chef services which was definitely one of the highlights of my trip- you can't skip this! The location was ideal being so close to downtown with beautiful beaches nearby. The options were endless! We cannot wait to come back. Thank you to the concierge staff for all of their help making our vacation above and beyond our expectations.

This is my first time booking with Maxwell on Expedia. I originally visited PV for the first time last year, and I must say that I am always impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Alex took care of me and my partner as if we were his only guests, which I KNOW is not true. The most amazing thing we noticed this time is how Maxwell functions like a well-oiled machine. Whenever we needed something, there were systems set up to get it done for us, quickly and without any issues. Of course the unit was beautiful and PV is an incredible town, but what makes Maxwell stand out is the dedication of the staff to the overall EXPERIENCE of guests. Las imagenes de habitaciones publicadas son falsas y un engaño. La tarifa también. En realidad te colocan en una segunda casa a espaladas de edificio que tiene habitaciones mostradas. No hay vista al mar, no ni vista a nada, solo un pasillo interno. De la tarifa ofrecida aumentan 71%, por cualquier concepto que se les ocurre. No hay playa, no se puede ni siquiera accesar al mar, no se puede caminar alrededor, no hay ninguna opción salvo comer en restaurante de edificio Indah, en la comida tardaron 60 minutos en servirnos. Por fortuna solo nos quedamos una noche. No es un hotel. Maxwell siginifica la Casa de Obra del condominio convertida en cuartos de emergencia. No lo vale y no debería anunciarla Hotels.com

Fernando,Lamentamos que su visita no haya sido lo esperado. Somos una empresa que renta condominios con vista al mar. Adicionalmente, contamos con habitaciones únicas en Casa Pedro, las cuales tienen acceso al edificio Indah y sus amenidades. Todos nuestros condominios son amplios, de 3 a 5 recamaras, y cuentan con vista al mar, por lo cual el costo es más elevado. La habitación que usted reservó es la habitación sencilla en Casa Pedro; las fotos y la descripción la muestran tal cual es y que no cuenta con vista al mar.La playa es accesible bajando la calle a tan solo 4 minutos caminando y hay restaurantes a los alrededores. Esperamos recibir en el futuro otra reservación de usted y por favor no dude en contactarnos sobre cualquier pregunta que tenga respecto a los espacios.

Pésima ubicación. No a la habitación doble, no está en el edificio sino en una casa atrás (hay que subir muchas escaleras) y la habitación es interior, las ventanas dan a pasillos. Es un condominio bonito con muy buena vista desde los apartamentos pero no puedes salir si no es con taxi. No tiene playa, aunque te ofrecen clases de yoga. Caminando solo puedes subir una cuesta y sales a la carretera o bajas una calle con mucha pendiente y llegas a una mini playa con poca arena, muchas piedras y no muy limpia. Si tu idea es ir a convivir con tas amigos en un apartamento con vista al mar y alberca está bien, pero si quieres salir no lo recomiendo. Gente amable, personal profesional, muy limpio y bonita decoración. Pero no es lo que yo buscaba. De plano solo dormí una noche y me fui a un hotel en Nuevo Vallarta, perdí el pago de 2 noches. SPA.- Te venden los masajes anticipadamente y el condominio tiene su propio spa y cuestan la mitad. ALBERCA.- Son por lo menos 50 unidades de 3 o más habitaciones además de las habitaciones dobles y solo hay como 30 camastros, de los cuales solo 10 están frente a la alberca. Me parece que hay otra alberca en el último piso pero estaba cerrada. CAFERETRIA / BAR.- Muy buena comida, pero es la única opción y el menú no es muy grande. No hay café descafeinado.
