Area was nice room was what we wanted with bedrooms. Making dinner reservations was a hassle. No pool side service and the food wasn’t great. Enjoyed puerto Vallarta but won’t go back to this location

Beautiful resort with a large ocean front room. Staff were wonderful. Wanted more food options and access to take food to room or pool. Lots of pressure sales which I don’t like. Overall it was very nice and we had a wonderful vacation.

Great atmosphere and plenty of fun activities to keep entertained. Great place for kids, we brought our 17,15, and 8 year old there and everyone had fun. With the beach, pools, to the adult night club it's fun for all ages. Only negative is the restaurants fill up fast so its hard to get in, and the normal buffet isn't the best food.

The hotel is fantastic, but I had some inconveniences at check-in and they put some restrictions on my visit because I was not a member of the hotel, and I could only eat in two of their restaurants out of the 5 restaurants.. Access only to common areas which was a pool and sea area, but in the end I enjoyed what I wanted my children to be in the sea thank you

This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel & it did not disappoint. Well maintained & clean. Food & drinks were great. Room was a 2 story suite, super clean. Karina Galaviz our personal concierge was awesome. We will go back again for sure!

They try to sell you a membership and tried “upgrading” our room to a 1 bed suite (there were 5 of us). We spent 2 hours trying to check in and finally got a room - the rest was fantastic!

This was a great family property. They had a fun kids pool and great kids food options at every buffet. I would recommend the Kids Club for kids under about 8 years old, but my 10 year old found it too young, and he was a bit too young for the teens club. Overall I would return to this resort and this is the 6th time I have traveled to Mexico.
