Es un lugar cómodo, está limpio, pero eso de que piden un depósito al llegar no se me hizo tan adecuado, en fin, solo tomar en cuenta al llegar y revisar bien lo que anotan en la lista de lo que según hay en la habitación, ya que en mi caso faltaban cosas pero se las hice ver en cuanto llegue y solo me hicieron la anotación y al salir ya no tuve problemas.

Excelente estancia para pasarla en familia. Tranquilidad y hermosas caminatas por los alrededores del mercado río cuale. Buena opcion para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes. El malecón está cercano a pie.

Totally loved it! Safe, colorful, & full of plants

Absolutely love to this place! Although not a five-star, it's full of charm, old Mexican wooden doors, colorful tiles on the stairwells, and tons of plants and flowers. A four-story mango tree in the central Courtyard just tops it all off. Would absolutely stay here again! Felt safe with my daughter traveling, and the people were wonderful!

Loved the location. Pool is not heated and small(just for sitting in). But the roof top area has a great view of the river and the bay. Room was excellent value with the kitchen having everything you need to make a meal and the staff were friendly but unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I would not stay there again because we couldn’t get a good nights sleep on the bed. That being said if you can get past the bed this hotel was lovely!

this is right in the heart of everything from the beach, shopping, great food, clubs excursion pick ups. Can be a bit noise at times given vendors are around and people drive crazy but this is a great way to access everything. A little hard to communicate with the staff if you don’t speak Spanish (which I don’t) but they are super nice
