This was a wonderful, tranquil, quiet stay. The owners were wonderful and responsive and I felt cozy and at home. I'd point anyone I knew to stay here, and sure hope to be back to Puerto Varas-and sure know where I'll stay.

The property was clean enough but the room we were given overlooked a very busy street and the traffic noise was so bad it was hard to sleep even with earplugs. Breakfast was sub standard compared to many other places we have stayed.

Un hotel tan bonito que parece que tiene alma. La casa es super acogedora, las personas super serviciales, Paola nos ayudaron mucho con un problema que tuvimos por una cancelación de un vuelo. Super recomendado. 😍❤️
