It is very well located. The staff is very friendly and available. They have laundry service, bikes, snorkels at good prices. The hotel is new and clean.

Location was great. Rooms are clean. We did not take the breakfast service as we had adventures each day that started at 7:00 AM. Its a great basecamp

A good option for a few nights on a budget

A basic bugdget accommodation. I had a large room, very basic but as expected. 3 beds, table and open wardrobe. Breakfast was good, although the upper floor area could really benefit from a bit of a spruce up, its a shame they don't make more use of the roof top area. It's currently not a pleasant place for eating!!!! But could be a nice place to chill with a bit of effort. Water (hot and cold) available 24/7 in lobby area. Sodas and beer also available. Only met the manager (Byron, i think) who was friendly, polite and helpful. He also booked an excursion at a good price. A good option for a few nights on a budget.

When we arrived they did not have the room we had booked, we had to take a smaller room. Two days without water to shower and 4 days without hot water. One morning there was no breakfast because there was a power outage. They do not offer toiletries, and towels were often missing after cleaning. They also do not have laundry service at the hotel.
