Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Puget-sur-Argens, we offer this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, washing machine, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath, shower and WC (shower gel and shampoo provided)

Outside area :
- A 5mx11m swimming pool, shared with the owners (not heated) and open from 1 April to 1 October. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Secured by alarm
- A private terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 500 m² open, shared garden
- A 500 m² park with electric fence where the owners' donkey lives + 2 cats and a dog

The flat is ideally located in Puget-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Chez Nous Baraille "Tout est pensé pour qu’on se sent comme chez soi. Le logement est décoré avec soin et raffinement. Nos hôtes ont été d’une extrême gentillesse et nous ont accueilli chaleureusement , particulièrement en nous mettant à disposition des futas pour la piscine , des soins de douche de qualité. Une bonne literie, Un classeur d’instruction très bien fait , détaillant les sites à visiter et les restaurants à faire dans la région . La propreté est exemplaire ! Je retiens également la réactivité dont ils ont su faire preuve lorsque une grosse tempête de grêle est survenue . Leur attention à notre égard nous ont beaucoup touché . Un grand Merci à Valérie, son mari et Jean Claude !"
