"I have stayed here several times now. I love the adjacency to the Toulouse Airport because it makes getting on the plane that much easier. However, this time, there was a planned concert playing all night long in the hotel, and it was hard to sleep. No one mentioned that this would be the case during check-in. Our only minor disappointment was that the bacon in hot buffet was always very crispy, which is not how we like it. It looked like it had been kicking around for a while. "The suites are very inconsistent in terms of size and decor. Initially, we were given a tiny white box room 502, which is allegedly one of the suites. Luckily, this was changed to a different room, which is shown on their website as a suite. The furniture is pretty old and decor needs upgrading. Housekeeping was hit and miss, we didn’t have any on the third night, even tho we left the room quite early. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and genuinely tried to help with the issues we had."

"Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers. "
