Lovely 2 bedroom holiday home located right in the centre of Pukenui. Walking distance to the wharf, 4 Square, Liquor Shop, Cafe, Houhora Big Game Fishing Club and minutes drive to Cape Reinga and some of the best beaches in NZ. Perfect for families, room for the boat and even a tent. BBQ, dishwasher, laundry, TV, Fridge/freezer ....... Pets by arrangement. We look forward to hosting you.

Home Away from Home

Excellent holiday spot. Great host, awesome location with shops next door, and the wharfe in walking distance for a stroll and a chat with locals. The beds were a bit hard, but we got by okay. Everything you need in a house was there. Would recommend to anyone wanting great accommodation.

Great accommodation!!

The Shell Cottage was a perfect accommodation for us for a few days while we explored the Aupouri Peninsula. The cottage was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and right next door to grocery, take away, restaurant - and liquor!! Also loved walking down to the wharf every morning and at sunset to watch to world go by. Lisa was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!

Clean tidy, excellent location for all of far norths beautiful beaches, handy to 4square and cafe. Gas just across the road. hoping this cottage is avaliable same time next year.

A spacious cottage with a sunny sunroom. Everything you need is in the cottage and the local shops aporox. 100 metres walk.

Was all we needed. The blind on front viewing window was broken, however did not impact on our stay. Nice surprise of choccies, sun room and space all extras. Thank you

The cottage was immaculate and lovely. A perfect location. What I felt was unusual was there was no door or curtain between the lounge and the glass room making it impossible to warm up. Other than that, it was awesome!!

Very nice accomodation

Great location, close to Cape Reinga an 90 miles beach. Café and supermarket just around the corner, lots of space, close to the harbour and other swimming spots.
