"This is a local motel, and you get exactly that experience. However, the location is amazing. It's right on the water, and they have a lovely sitting area with tables and chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the river and sunset. The room is basic but is exactly as described. The front desk is friendly, the hotel has a private parking area, and the area felt safe. "

"This was a great place on my road trip, very quiet and a good get away. Comfortable bed, everything nice and clean not to mention spacious. Had some grasshopper friends but relocated them outside without difficulty. Would definitely stay again. Crystal was an outstanding host, met us at the end of the road to make sure we got in okay. Thanks!"

"This little cabin is as authentic as it gets. As retired teachers, we loved having access to the little schoolhouse next door to the cabin. The history provided was very interesting. Crystal offered to show us other areas of the ranch but we were already on the road. The stars at night were phenomenal. Thank you!"
