30 private acre Country House

Instructions for using the VRBO home at
2750 Big Dry Creek Road, Pulaski, TN. 38478

Host: Rich Cosner / richcosner@icloud.com / 615-454-9000

Property Manager: Carrie Moore / epherasdragon@gmail.com/ 931-201-2541

WIFI for property: Starlink on property is live. Password: SouthernCrossRanch

Access to house: through the garage. Keypad on both garage doors. Keypad code: 2714 then hit red arrow key. This same code opens and closes both garage doors.

Closing instructions: Before leaving the property, please put all used sheets in the washing machine in the laundry room and leave used towels on the laundry room floor.

Trash: Please use trash bags. When filled, tie bag, and place trash bags in the big green trash containers on the driveway.

NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL: As the property is on a septic system it does not have a garbage disposal in the sink. Please don’t pour grease or oil of any kind down kitchen drain.

Using the fireplace:
The fireplace is electric and can be started and stopped with the remote control on the shelf above the fireplace.

Drinking Water: There is an ample supply of bottled water in the pantry and more bottled water in the garage under the table. There is cold bottled water in the middle drawer of the refrigerator.

Storm Shelter: While very rare there have been tornadoes in southern Middle Tennessee. There is a storm shelter underneath the house that can be accessed through a doorway on the left side of the front porch.

Barbecue Grill: Located on porch/patio area off kitchen. Turn on the propane tank and grill should light easily. (turn handle on top of the propane tank counterclockwise to open) (Turn clockwise to close when done) There is a full propane tank in the garage if the current one runs out. Please let me know if you switched tanks so I can get the old one refilled.

Firepit across the driveway in front yard: There is firewood to use located very close to the firepit as well. There is usually charcoal lighter fluid near the firepit to make it easier to light but you will usually need to gather small twigs and branches to get the fire to start.
Hot Dogs / Smores etc.: Located on the picnic table by the firepit are the sticks/holder you can use to put over the fire to barbecue your hotdogs, marshmallows etc. Sometimes these are left in the garage.

Game Room: Is located upstairs off the kitchen. Ping Pong table is in the room.

Games:
On the driveway side of the house by the sunroom you will horseshoes and stakes (currently in the garage for winter but feel free to use.)

In the garage you will find a basketball. Net is on the driveway.

Croquet set is in box on the outer wall of the garage

Corn Hole set is in garage in a box on the outer wall of the garage

Hammock: There is a hammock by the firepit for your enjoyment. (Hammock is removed during the winter)

Driveway:
Some guests have commented that the driveway is steep. We have never had a problem with two-wheel drive vehicles getting up the driveway. However, if you are bringing a boat or travel trailer of some kind, you will most likely need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to pull it up the driveway.

Shopping: For smaller items, there is a Phillips 66 gas station store at the corner of Big Dry Creek Road and Route 64. (Turn right out of the driveway) About 5 miles.

WalMart: For food and almost anything you might need there is a Walmart in Pulaski. Turn right out of the driveway and turn left on Route 64. Walmart is just a few miles down Route 64.

Hardware Items: Walls Lumber and Hardware is just a few miles away. Turn left out of the driveway and go to the stop sign a few miles away. Turn left at stop sign on Cambellville Road and Walls Lumber will be on your right a mile or wo away. There is also an Ace Hardware in downtown Pulaski on the Square.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Richard's Pulaski house and we will keep coming back as long as we're able! Just a 90 minute drive from our home in Nashville, we come here for the occasional long weekends of rest and relaxation. It's the perfect spot: private and secluded, sitting atop a large wooded hill completely surrounded by trees. On the few occasions I've needed to get in touch with Carrie, the property manager, she was super quick to respond and as helpful as you could hope for.We love this place and you will too!
