The staff were amazing! They were all very friendly and extremely nice. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us. It was an older hotel but the staff made it worth staying there. They do everything for breakfast themselves and make sure it is every thing you need. We will stay there again next time we go see our Son and his family.

Great hotel! Wonderful staff! There was a mixup with our reservations and they handled it promptly and gave us an upgraded room. The room was a lovely spacious room with a view of the town and countryside. Their made to order breakfast was delicious.

The staff were super nice! The breakfast was wonderful cooked to order. Very friendly. The room was very clean and accomodating. We will stay again. Parking for a dually and gooseneck available. Very beautiful view.

Clean stay
When traveling alone, i always choose "brand name" hotels. I made an exception this time because of the excellent reviews this hotel has. Glad i did, an excellent stay. Room was exceptionally clean, even the caulk around the shower!.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Giles Inn & Suites. What’s the reason we came back this trip you ask? The staff are quite literally the kindest people I’ve ever met at hotel. We will come back every time we come down to Pulaski, TN. We had a big dually and stock horse trailer and they had parking spaces that worked perfectly for us. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable. It’s a great place to stay. I hear the breakfast is excellent as well! We tend to sleep in so we haven’t gotten to try it yet.

I loved my weekend at the hotel, I do wish the pool would have been open. But everything else was wonderful including the hot fresh cooked breakfast.

Very nice stay at Giles Inn (formerly Comfort Inn, now independantly owned.) Clean, quiet, curteous service, and great comfy beds! Breakfast served fresh with eggs made to order. Now who does that? Worth a few minutes extra wait. In this area, we recomend staying here.

Customer service was excellent. They were very accommodating and thoughtful about my specific allergens. They even called me before to let me know they made accommodations to ensure a safe stay. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome, actually cook for you.

Arrive a stranger, leave as family
Picked this location to visit relatives in the area and found ourselves in the middle of a crazy ice storm that swept the nation. Couldn’t have picked a better place to “hunker-down” during an insane batch of weather. The staff abs management were beyond accommodating, friendly, helpful and treated us like family. Chris was our ambassador and made sure we were well taken care of. Have to mention the chef in their breakfast area....made meals to order and the selection was plentiful. Room quality was exceptional and the room staff also...friendly and so very thorough. Can’t say enough about the Giles Inn and Suites is the place to say when in the area.

Super Comfortable stay in Pulaski
Wonderful people,very comfortable beds there was some improvements that were being done as I stayed but they were in no way a hindrance. Southern hospitality at its best, chris, the manager was amazing and always greeted me and my party whenever he saw us.

very excellent!
Very clean! Staff was so kind also. We had my niece with us and she was taking her morning nap around the time of check out... they allowed us an extra hour just for that! If I’m ever in that area again I will be staying there. Beds were excellent also. Which is always a plus for me cause I have severe back problems. Overall an excellent experience!
