Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area.
