Pets are allowed on request, always leashed and without frequent barking. No parties are allowed at night. The community values peace, so noise during rest hours is not tolerated to ensure everyone’s comfort. The property includes a garage parking space with a private electric vehicle charger (charging fee applies), and there’s free parking around the complex.
