If you like the view of the sea, you will love this apartment. On the front line, third floor with elevator, less 20 meters from the beach and 10 meters above the sea, the view is impressive: 10 miles of sea and coasts under your feet, with beaches, coves and volcanic islands.
Located in the corner of the building, facing south and west, next to the beaches, the promenade and the center. It is one of those few apartments with direct access to the beach and the promenade, without having to cross streets, overpasses or highways. Not only will you be able to see the sea, but you will also be able to hear the murmur of the waves and feel the smell of the sea breeze. It is everything you need to relax and disconnect from the daily routine. If you prefer to be connected, you have Wi-Fi Internet.
The apartment, elegantly furnished, is kept in good condition, is equipped to live long periods, comfortable and very bright, sunny and warm in winter and cool in summer, with windows, balcony and covered terrace overlooking the sea.
On June 22, the living room furniture was renovated, installing a new sofa and armchair, as well as a new silent ceiling fan with electronic control. The bed and mattress in the master bedroom also have recently been changed.
Above the apartment a large private solarium of 50 m2 equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and a charcoal barbecue. Stunning 360 degree views.
Baby cot available on request.
You do not need to take the car, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, ambulatory. There is reserved parking on the street, next to the apartment. You can also rent a place in a private garage (consult). Pools open from June to September.
