  • Located on Keuka Lake, enjoy what this 4-bedroom cottage has to offer. This adorable retreat sleeps 10.

    It features 2 upper level bedrooms with one queen bed in each.

    On the lower level there are 2 additional bedrooms with 2 queen beds in one and two twin beds in the other making it perfect for families or groups.

    Guests can refresh in two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a bathtub and one is located on each level near the sleeping quarters.

    This quaint cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.

    In addition, there is a large furnished and covered porch with stunning views of the Keuka Lake sunrises AND across the street from the main house is YOUR OWN STAIRWAY TO THE LAKESHORE with your own PRIVATE ACCESS for swimming.
    Note: a free public boat launch is located at the Keuka State Park nearby

    Whether relaxing indoors or spending your day on the water, visiting winery’s, shopping for arts and crafts, and enjoying the eateries and local entertainment, guests will find a tremendous spot to unwind and explore the surrounding areas of Penn Yan, Hammondsport, and Canadaigua nearby.
