"Clean room "

"The hosts , Mandy snd Mark are warm and welcoming. Super friendly and helpful. Dog loving people which made my stay all the more relaxing knowing that my pup was made so welcome. The neighbourhood is so friendly. Great location, only a stones throw to the beach, dog park , walking paths and boat club. Unit is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommend"

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The property was walking distance to restaurants and the pool was heated! Great value stay! "

"The property was neat and tidy however several concerns regarding information on Stayz page, such as:* Payment process wasn't clear. Property doesn't use Stayz to pay for stay, however this was list on details.* Information about amenities - stated dishwasher in both listing and initial check out process, however no dishwasher. This wasn't an issue but information needs to be clear and accurate at all times.* Dog friendly - great to have our dog with us, however information about secure yard isn't totally accurate, it's on the side yard as I wouldn't trust the back gate. Yard area needed to be tidy would have been a nice place to sit but lots of leaf litter.In general out stay was satisfactory and the price was reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Probably wouldn't stay again would pay the extra next time."

"We couldn’t check in until 3. Picked up keys. Unloaded then went grocery shopping. Came back to unit and cleaners had been in while we were gone. Not happy. Cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Won’t be booking if the letting agent in Caloundra is the same. Second time we have been with same agent. Cleaning of that accommodation was below standard too. "

"We didn't realise that this room is rented out seperately to the Resort itself. Therefore if you have any issues the local staff won't help. The room was fine but we weren't thrilled with no tea/coffee provided and we also had to purchase soap as this ran out quickly. We also lost power for 1/2 day and was evacuated at 3AM. Let's just say it was memorable."
