The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!! They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood. The rooms could have a bit of upgrades but not an area of concern.

The room was very clean and well laid out. Great shower. We had a view of the pool. The pool was awesome. Great time relaxing. Breakfast was perfect. Fresh, huge variety. Transportation was great to and from train station.

Very nice hotel, great restaurants and food in house, staff super helpful, grand opulence in the midst of the City. Everything in Pune is a mix of old and new, modern and ancient, pristine and squalor. Just go a half mile and it all renews again. The symphony of horns in traffic is worth the visit, as you navigate the City to see the sights.

Very nice spacious room & bathroom. Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets & fluffy pillows. We were given a nice room with an awesome view of the city. This hotel is very clean and we appreciated the high security, we felt very safe. But the highlight of our stay was the staff, they were so accommodating and kind to us. We had stayed at a 5 star hotel for 2 nights before we had to move because of the location to our convention. We spent the additional 2 nights at the Doubletree and honesty wish we had spent the whole 4 nights here because we enjoyed it so much more. Thank you to the staff for giving 5 star service. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay for 2 weeks at Hyatt was pleasant, the staff was good overall specially the security guards and there is a Sardarji who was always very helpful. My experience with cleaning staff was not good though, found cockroaches in bathroom, also I lost some of my gift coupons which were kept on table. When asked to my surprise they straight away declined it. I was giving generous tip to cleaning staff daily but after this incident I stopped. Food quality is good, restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly and they will make sure your concerns are addressed.

The front facing rooms (facing the large busy street) can be too noisy for very noise sensitive people like me bit for normal people probably fine. Lots of heavy trucks and some sort of machine noise. The thick windows were good but not quite good enough for me. In the middle of the night I changed to a room facing a vacant lot in the back and it was perfect!! Service was excellent. Gave me lots of extra drinking water, and extra sheet and duvet all very quickly without having to argue or pay like some other hotels. My main fruistrations were hard to get cash and my data plan (which worked fine in Delhi) didnt work in Pune. You might consider brining cash and buying a local SIM card in advance. Of course make sure you have Uber which works great and is totally essential. I'm not sure they even have regula cabs with meters.
