"The room was very nice with clean bedding and bathroom. The hot water and shower pressure were decent. There is a heater in the room and extra comforters/ blankets in case it is a little colder. Staff are super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great accommodations for visiting Puni and Lake Titicaca. Fewer staff spoke English, so sometimes harder to communicate for non-Spanish speakers. There was a coffee pot in the room, but could not get coffee to put in it."

"I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff. All in all, I'll book there next time I'm in Puno for certain..."
