"Pros: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl Check in endete um 20.00 Uhr, und wir kamen ziemlich spät, haben Michela und Andrea auf uns bis 01.30 Uhr gewartet. Sie haben auch für uns Parkplatz frei gemacht damit wir parken konnten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir auch was zum frühstücken da, so mussten wir nicht sofort einkaufen. Es gibt alles da, was man braucht . Einkauf zu tätigen ist paar Minuten mit Auto, gibt schöne Strände und wo wir die Zeit genossen...

"Wir waren im Sommer 2025 auf Elba und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ungefähr 250 m oberhalb einer sehr schönen Bucht mit kristallklar Wasser. Am Haus ist immer ein Lüftchen. Es ist nicht zu heiß die Lage ist optimal in der Nähe zu Caprivi. Die Betreuung durch Luca und auch die Besitzer war wunderbar. Wir fühlt uns sehr gut betreut! "Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."
