Apartamento a estrenar en complejo Sierra Ballena 2 con cochera privada y seguridad 24 hrs. Ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la exclusiva vista. Cuenta con fogón y parrilla en la terraza privada y piscina y quincho compartido, del complejo. Acceso a pié a la playa de las grutas y a 2 min de auto a la playa de Solanas y su centro comercial. Servicio de mucama general (no incluye lavado de vajilla y lavado de blanqueria).
El apartamento cuenta con dormitorio y un living que se dividen por paneles divisorios que permiten abrir el ambiente durante el día. El sofa cama es de 1,85m de largo, ideal para 2 niños. Además cuenta con un sofa cama individual de ser necesario. Cuenta con una terraza propia del apartamento para disfrutar de un fogón o un asado con vista al mar. No tiene escaleras para el acceso. En el living tiene cortinas screen (no black out). El dormitorio tiene cortinas black out. El apartamento cuenta con servicio de limpieza todos los dias incluido en el precio de alquiler.
El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y cortinas black out en el dormitorio. En el living tiene cortinas screen. Se estrena en el año 2018. Todo es NUEVO. El personal de seguridad y de mantenimiento del edificio es muy amable.
