Located just a 5-minute drive from the Punta del Este airport, Carpe Diem, is a beachside paradise for large families. This 6-bedroom home all with complete bathrooms, a cozy tv room, large interconnected living and dining area and complete kitchen offer an intimate space for family gatherings.
The large verandas overlooking the sea have cozy sofas for relaxing and enjoying the beachside breezes. A large heated pool (20 x 10 meters) creates a complete oasis for total relaxation. The back of the house has a barbecue area for asados. The property is completely private surrounded by landscaping greens.
For entertaining, use the paddleball court, or take the kayaks out for a paddle. A separate two-bedroom service quarters and laundry area are located at the back of the property. The home also has a two-car garage and covered carport The home is equipped with wifi throughout and a tv’s are in the tv room, playroom and main bedroom with Direct TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances.
