Our villa sits in Los Corales, the heart of Bavaro. A short walk to the beach. Walking distance to 20+ restaurants, two grocery stores, a bakery, two pharmacies, ATMs, a spa, and two gyms. NO CAR NEEDED.

Originally a 3-bedroom home, expanded in 2021 to 5 bedrooms, 5 ensuite marble bathrooms, and a powder room under the staircase. We also added the Sky Deck — a rooftop platform perched above the palm trees with views of the Caribbean Sea on one side and the tropical mountains on the other.

★ Electricity is metered separately and not included in the rental — meter is read at check-in and check-out, billed at departure or deducted from deposit. Approximately $30–50/day with moderate A/C use. Open the windows, use the screens, save the bill.
