The property was well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The room was clean and spacious, very nice amenities including mini fridge stocked daily. The staff was very polite and professional willing to help when asked. Pool was excellent. The golf cart trolly’s were perfect for getting to and from the beach. Also the drink and food options at the beach were close and delicious. Good overall was excellent can’t complain about anything, the main buffet could be your meals for the entire week even if you didn’t make reservations for the many restaurants you have access to. Overall the experience was 4.5 stars out of 5 for my girlfriend and I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family to have an amazing experience at an all inclusive resort.

Hyatt has taken over the property and it is not as well maintained as it was when I was there last year. The price has gone up but the standards are lowered for the upkeep of the rooms. It still was a good stay for the price for the current economy but I did notice a difference from my stay last year. The place is beautiful especially in the pool area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort! Overall, I had a great experience and enjoyed my time there. The resort was beautiful, and I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only issue I experienced was with the shower water. After the first day, the water would not stay hot and was mostly cold for the remainder of my stay, which was disappointing since I was there Monday through Friday. Other than the water issue, I really enjoyed the resort and would still recommend it. I had a great time overall and would definitely consider staying again!
