Huge property with many pools and a nice size beach. There are “shuttles” (open air good cart) that conveniently transport you around the expansive resort should you be too hot, tired, lazy, or full (all-inclusive) to walk throughout the expansive resort. Lots of opportunities to find things to do on site (mini golf, bike tours, and activities arranged by activities staff) or just relax. Friendly staff and swim- up bars. We brought our 11 year old son and everyone gad a fun time. A little noisy if your room is close to nightly entertainment, but there are many rooms away from that if you desire. We did a couple of excursions and are glad we didn’t rent a car - I wouldn’t want to drive off-site as people drive crazy in DR!

Notably, the room's condition left much to be desired, evidenced by broken lamp fixtures and limited accessibility to charging ports. Additionally, the absence of proper ventilation or a fan in the bathroom resulted in a persistently gloomy and foggy environment post-shower, highlighting a significant oversight in design. Furthermore, the lack of a comforter in the bedding arrangement, necessitating the request for blankets from the front desk, was disappointing, compounded by their unpleasant odor upon delivery, hinting at potential hygiene concerns. Nevertheless, it is imperative to commend the exemplary service the staff provided, who exhibited professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay. Furthermore, the culinary offerings surpassed expectations, with delicious food adding a notable positive aspect to the experience. Moving forward, I would suggest prioritizing updates and improvements to the accommodations, ensuring they align with the overall standard of excellence the resort aspires to maintain. Enhancing the room's ambiance and functionality would undoubtedly contribute to a more welcoming and satisfactory guest experience, alleviating the disappointment encountered during my visit.
