Sleeps up to 6: A master suite with a private bathroom and plush bedding, plus a guest bedroom with a bunk-style bed (2 beds). A cozy sofa bed in the living room accommodates extra guests. 2.5 Modern Bathrooms: Includes a master ensuite, a hallway bathroom for the guest bedroom, and an extra guest bathroom downstairs. Open-Concept Living: Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, fully equipped with modern appliances and ample space for meals and relaxation. In-Unit Laundry: Convenient washer and dryer for your stay. Amenities: Access to an on-site resort pool with day beds and loungers for ultimate relaxation. Prime Location: Centrally located, just 4 minutes from Coco Bongo, 10 minutes from the nearest beach, and 15 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. Electricity Cost: Electricity rates in the Dominican Republic are high. We charge 22 pesos per Kilowat used.
