The staff was very friendly but not very helpful at times. The communication was terrible. We were there March 15-21, 2020. First all the restaurants weren't open every night. We weren't able to get into Oceana (their fish specialty restaurant) and the Japanese restaurant. On Thursday, they started closing parts of the resort with no notice. All the specialty restaurants, the family and teen game area, bars, including all alcohol. Then that evening we received a notice in our room that they were doing so. We paid for all inclusive and now they weren't even serving alcohol except for beer and wine with dinner. We couldn't get it once we left the buffet room. Friday, they decided to let us have beer and wine only, no mixed drinks.
