Professional and lovely staff, lots of fun, the pool and design of the hotel is one of the best I've been to, the buffet, Ventanitas was great, with lots of variety. The entertainment staff were a delight from Karaoke, beach volleyball to the shows. We had a great stay. Thank you Wyndham Alltra!

The staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent and the property was well maintained. I had an excellent stay and would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Alltra Resort. The property was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and very organized. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always smiling and greeting us throughout the resort. It created such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Me and my partner had an amazing stay for our anniversary! Our room was spotless every day with fresh towels, and there was a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bella, the Italian restaurant, was our favorite—beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wandy, who took great care of us by the pool, and Ledixon, who kept the entertainment fun and the atmosphere lively. The pool was always clean, and our swim-up room made the experience even more special. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice friendly staff. Food was good. Only problem one of our rooms had a clogged drain and we called to get it fixed but no one came. And one of the beds had a drain and urine smell.

Clean room, courtesy of all staff, the food served at the Buffet delicious and lot of variety. Pools clean and well kept. Great entertainment every night. The tour in the city and tour guide and driver remarkable. I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay a little longer. I will be back in the future.

Very attentive staff. The food at main buffet was good. The head chef went out of his way when I requested something and they had it for me during dinner. Pablo at the pizza station makes the BEST pizza, thank you. Olga at the spa was great Thank you all for making my stay great.

Ok the good first… The pool is beautiful, the rooms are nice and well maintained, the staff is very helpful! The bad The food is not good unless you go to the restaurants and even at the restaurants it’s a very limited menu. The showers in the rooms leak out into the bathroom and the floor is always wet! It’s very hard to find a place at the pool that is peaceful. Lots of louder people and kids.

Wyndham Alltra saved our vacation! We initially booked another resort, after only one day there we tough our vacation was ruined but then we found this jewel, this hotel is absolutely beautiful with a relaxing ambiance, the pool is huge, the food Is delicious, the frapuccino at the little cafe is adictive but the best of all is the people very attentive and kind.
