The pool, beach and rooms are great. Food was better than another resort we went to. Our butler Esterling went out of his way to make out stay better (he made the reservations we needed and set up a birthday surprise for my husband, as well as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else). He made our trip better.

Our family had an overall good time at the resort. The rooms and property were clean and well maintained. There were a lot of dining options to choose from- buffet style as well as a la carte options, and we mostly enjoyed the wide variety of foods. The pools were clean, and we like that there were lounge chairs, cabanas, and food/drinks readily available at the poolside. The staff were super friendly and eager to help. Shout out to our butler Rafael who helped us navigate our stay, assisted with reservations, and ensured that we were having a pleasant experience.

From the moment we arrived at Grand Palladium Bávaro Family Selection, this place felt less like a resort and more like a home away from home. As a family, being away can sometimes bring a bit of homesickness, but the warmth, care, and personal attention we received truly filled that gap. A very special mention goes to our butler, Rafael, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He handled all of our dinner reservations flawlessly, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and tailored to our family’s needs. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel looked after every single day.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautifully renovated, super clean, lovely decor all around. Beach was stunning, clean white sand and beautiful turquoise waters. Rafael was our butler and he was fantastic, always accommodating provided little surprises for our kids, which was wonderful 10/10 service from Rafael. Bartenders at the lobby were great with their service and drinks. The hotel was so big, that it took us a few days to figure out the schedules for kids activities (some took place at the resort next door). Kids club was at the other resort, which was ok, but we would've preferred to have those amenities in our resort, especially since it is 'Family select' . We did enjoy the morning live entertainment at the family select buffet, especially the fact that they had a play area for kids, so parents could easily enjoy their food in peace. A la carte service was very slow, but if you're ok with that, then you wont have any problems. We had 5 kids with us, so the wait was a bit daunting at times.

Great stay at Family Selection at Grand Palladium Punta Cana. The resort was clean, newly renovated, and offered lots of food, pool, and activity options. The staff were friendly, entertainment was fun, and the bar service was excellent. A very special mention goes to Rafael Peguero, our assigned butler. He went above and beyond for us at all hours of the day—helping with everything from getting milk for the kids, arranging pickups and drop-offs, making dinner reservations, and even bringing toys for the kids to enjoy in the room and take home. Most importantly, he made my mom’s birthday incredibly special by decorating her room, arranging a full-size cake, and surprising her at dinner. She had an amazing time, and Rafael played a huge part in making that happen. Overall, an excellent family-friendly resort and we would gladly return.

We stayed at the newly renoveted Family Selection and loved our experience. The construction was nearly complete and not noticeable during our stay. All restaurants, bars, lobbies, and the new touches like the Pizza shop, Gelato place, new buffets, etc. were fully functional and very nice. Our room was very nicely updated and in a great location. There was a minor plumbing issue but it was fixed promptly. The pools were very nice with new premium loungers and getting a spot was never an issue - much easier than any other all inslusive we have been to. The service around the pools was excellent. The beach was beautiful as well. It was great having access to all of the resorts in the complex and being able to explore the whole property. The whole place was very nice. Restaurants and buffets were very good as well. Service at the a la carte restaurants was a bit slow, but it wasn't a major issue. We were assigned a personal butler name Noris and her service was spectacular. She made our experience extra special. She helped us with dinner reservations, anything we needed in the room, and any issues we had. She gave us her personal contact info and was very responsive to any requests. She also added some special touches and treats which our kids loved. She went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a great all inclusive experience. It was a nice step up from other properties we have visited.

I can’t say enough great things about this resort. Rafael was our butler and he took great care of us. He booked our dinners at the restaurants every night of our stay and sent me our daily itinerary every morning. The resort is quite big with lots of restaurants and beachfront. We stayed at the Family Select area and had access to all the other areas. This was my first time to DR and will definitely come back. I don’t know if I want to go to another resort after staying at this one.

We had a very good time and experience here in Family Selection! Would like to mention Rafael, he was our concierge, super nice, professional and always helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable! This part of resort is renovated, rooms were pleasant and cleaned, food was not bad, the only restaurant we do not recommend is Mexican in Family Selection. Was nice that you can order a la carte for breakfast in buffet. The best people in buffet and they speak English are Alejandro and Victor. And Luis is the best bartender in lobby.

Rafael, our butler, was amazing! He was welcoming, thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. His warmth and fun personality made our stay wonderful. He also was very helpful via a quick message regarding any question or concern we had. Luisito, the driver, was also fabulous; helpful, responsable, timely and very fun!
