Hello! I’m Lorenzo, the owner of Villa Can Nico. And this villa saved my life.

The short version of the story: I was on the way to work one morning when sharp pains shot through my chest, announcing a heart attack. Afterward, my doctor strongly recommended I quit my stressful job or risk heart attack #2. I listened!

That is why we turned our dream home by the sea and golf courses in Punta Cana—built from my own architectural designs—into a place we would share with others: Villa Can Nico.

And let me tell you, I have loved every minute of this new life! It is a pleasure getting to know our guests and helping them enjoy our villa (we have a spotless 5-star record from 100 and more families and counting!).

OUR BEACHES

The guests tell us the private beaches at Punta Cana resort are astounding, and they are! Nowhere have we found beaches this serene, peaceful, and nearly empty much of the time. And one beach, Playa Serena, is located just 300 yards away from Villa Can Nico. Take a short stroll and the beach is all yours.

These beaches are wonderful for kids, too, with gentle water and soft sand. We even provide the bucket and spade for building sandcastles at Villa Can Nico, as well as other kid-and-baby-friendly items like a 2 high chairs, 2 cribs, and toys for the pool and beach so you can pack a bit lighter. A 4 seats golf cart is also included in the rate

BRING THE OUTSIDE IN

Thanks to the flawless weather in Punta Cana, we created a space that blends indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests love the open-air rooms, interior patio bursting with lush tropical landscaping (palm trees included) and a gazebo at the center of
the villa with a sparkling pool—a place that will quickly become the most popular spot in the house.

Each of the 5 bedrooms open to the outdoors with large windows and sliding doors framed in white curtains that billow on a breeze. The furniture and décor in these bedrooms and throughout the villa are beautiful—but not so swanky that you don’t want to touch them. Take off your shoes, relax and get comfortable.


RESORT PRIVILEGES

No only do you get the comfortable, barefoot villa experience at the house, you also get all the perks of the Punta Cana Resort.

This includes 7 (seven!) different restaurants, an ecological park with naturally crystal clear freshwater lagoons, tennis courts, and most importantly (in my opinion), simply breathtaking golf courses. Of course, others would disagree with me and say the gorgeous private, pristine beaches are by far the best feature. I’ll let you decide for yourself!

Our housekeeper and personal chef team will keep the place spotless for you and prepare gorgeous, authentic meals (breakfast & dinner) for your family and friends , her cooking service is included , not the groceries . The day of your arrival we will help You buy and transport the groceries to the villa at no extra cost . Pre stocking service is also available at no extra cost . Juliana our Chef is a true treasure—check out our reviews for proof! We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction We are so lucky to have her here at Villa Can Nico. She —best enjoyed out on the gazebo dining table in the warm Caribbean air .

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental.
