Beautiful property. The staff were all incredibly attentive. There is always something to do on the premises. Favorite spot was the lazy river and bar! The food was delicious. Big fan of the buffet more so than the actual restaurants. Shoutout to our concierge Johanser, who was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

This place is beautiful and very clean, well maintained for sure ! Food is overall OK, not the best quality but definetely lots of options ! The service could be better, I felt like most people working there did not enjoy working there and were just doing the bare minimum…Not all though, some were great! The kids water park area had a net that was unsafe with holes on it, my kid fell and got stuck, I shared my concerns but they kept the net there without any warning signs… so just PSA for parents do not trust the kid friendly areas… other than that great stay !

Room service takes over an hour They don’t fill the minibar unless you call God forbid you don’t tip they treat you like crap There is not enough umbrellas or chairs in the pool area everybody wakes up at 7 and put their stuff on the chairs so they can have one The rooftop jacuzzi it’s a joke is a round tub so shallow the water go to your waste whe. You sit up They spend all the money on the pools and lobby area for that first impression Rooms are outdated if something break they get rid of it and don’t replace it like the chairs in balcony and roof top the first room didn’t have any second one did No high chairs they have like 5 for the buffet area and one in each restaurant Food is always cold and awful Room service takes over an hour Always smell like rotten fish in the buffer restaurant specially at night Terrible customer service all along Really quick to kick out clients from restricted areas and so slow to serve They have categories so if you didn’t pay to be privilege or member they treat like crap We upgraded and experience both end but really not a big difference when it comes to service I would never come back here never ever in my life I have experince such a horrible treatment
