Quiet Artist Condo -Walking distance to beach and restaurants!
Santa Maria del Mar II offers a pool and BBQ area for its owners and is pleasantly located in the heart of El Cortecito, just a 10 minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, grocery, bakery, pharmacy, flower shop, and much more.
No drugs or parties allowed, guests should maintain the place clean, take out the garbage , wash dishes and turn off electricity when leaving the apartment, turn off air conditioning if you leave the bedroom. Electricity is expensive in punta Cana. There will be a meter reading at check in and another at checkout. Your electricity bill will be due at the end of your stay or at end of month for long stays. A copy of bill will be provided. Smoking is allowed only outside. For long stays Cleaning service is available if desired for an extra fee. Short term stays are required to provide : vehicle information and full name and id #'s
