Everything you need is within easy walking distance—restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, shops, and beachfront bars—making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay without needing a car.
For trips beyond the area—such as nearby malls, excursions, or other parts of Punta Cana, Uber is available, as well as local buses and the 3-seater `tuk-tuks` which are locally known as Poppy Express (poppies).
This second-floor condo has space for up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms (one double bed, and two twin beds), two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful greenery and palm trees, fast wifi, a smart TV for your streaming services, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, hair dryer, and extra towels for beach use.
This peaceful residential complex has a refreshing pool, a free and secure parking area, and 24/7 security.
Electricity is included for typical use. Excessive use of air conditioners may incur an extra charge.

HOUSE RULES:
Excessive electricity use may incur an extra charge. To keep your stay affordable, your reservation includes 15 kWh of electricity per day, which is more than enough for typical use. Incurring an extra charge usually only happens with continuous Air Conditioner use. Make sure you are turning off the A/C before you leave during the day.
In the rare case of higher usage, the additional consumption is charged at RD$21.9/kWh (≈ $0.36 USD per kWh).
