A big shout out to our concierge, Jourdain, who went above and beyond to meet our needs and then some. Loved our Bali. We really appreciated all his attentions. Maria at the pool and in the evenings, so happy and energetic making sure everyone was having fun. Roadin who served us at the beach, was sweet and fun to talk to. Eddie “Murphy” at the french restaurant gave us exceptional service also fun to chat with. Really everyone at this hotel deserves praise. We want to go back!!!

Best AI we’ve been to. Only downside was that beach was covered in seaweed when we went in September. The price we paid reflected that vs preferred seasons so I can’t complain too much. Food and service were great. Best deep tissue massage at spa.

The service was top notch compared to other bigger hotels, you can tell they genuinely care. The food was insanely amazing and the drinks were flowing. Definitely recommend.
