Perfect stay

It was our first time staying in Eduardo’s property and it was amazing! This house is exactly as it is picture. It is a quiet property, perfectly clean, with an amazing pool and bedrooms. The check in process was very easy, Eduardo gave us excellent recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. We recommend to lease the golf carts to go around La Cana and also Yan the chef, that prepares you delicious meals!

Tortuga Bay

All in all it was a pleasant experience. We experienced some trouble with a language barrier with the staff. Also, since we were there for two weeks, the expenses of getting bottled water was not made clear ahead of time, since the water in the house was not treated. Jean and Judy were helpful and Jeans meals were delicious.

Perfect in every way

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the property. We opted to have the chef service because we wanted authentic and local foods. We were not disappointed! When we arrived the host took our family on a quick tour and was attentive to our requests. The house is clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning for another stay!

Fantastic week

Eduardo was amazing and easy to communicate with, made the booking experience simple and straightforward. From the early arrival to the late checkout, we were very well taken care of and pampered. Incredible meals by Rosa and Suleyka. Breakfast ready every morning. 5 min golf cart ride to the beach! Best vacation any of us have ever had. Thank you Eduardo! I look forward to going back next year with the family and new baby!

Summer Family Vacation

Our stay was simply amazing. The home, staff and location were A Plus. Our host Eduardo and Sandra our chef made our stay relaxing. We didn’t want for anything during this trip. It was great to wake up and be taken care of daily. We didn’t have a care in the world. The meals prepared for us were definitely a highlight. If you book to stay here definitely include the meals. It was worth the extra expense. My family and I will be returning!

Great stay in a paradise setting

We went with our whole family and had a spectacular time. The house is spacious and very comfortable. It is located a short golf cart ride from an amazing beach and 54 holes of great golf. The staff made us feel at home and Seneida in particular cooked us some great meals. We were anticipating eating out most days but ended up coming back home instead to savour her local dishes. We are kitesurfers and the kite beach/club nearby is excellent. Can't wait to be back. Only thing is I would have loved to be able to smoke cigars outside on the deck by the pool but not allowed.

Golf Outing

Me and three friends just returned from a 4 night stay at this villa. I have nothing but great things to say about the property. It is convenient to everything we needed during the stay. The golf course was a 3minute golf cart away. The private beach was within walking distance. The club house at the golf course was nice to grab lunch or a beverage following golf. The villa itself was as advertised. The grounds and pool were very well kept. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of common room for when we wanted to be together and large enough to have some space to grab some down time. Our favorite part of the stay was the food prepared by the chef. Breakfast was good and the dinners were great. Each was freshly prepared and the service was flexible to meet our changing schedules. If the opportunity arises to visit Punta Cana again we will definitely be scheduling this villa again.

Amazing House

This is an amazing house and experience. We stayed for a week. The location and pool are quiet and relaxing. Easy access to the resort and beach which we did not use much because we liked pool at the house better. Rosa is amazing!!! She cooked breakfast every day and dinner four nights. It's way better than the restaurant and great after a day of excursions to not have to figure out what to eat. We used the prepaid transportation to and from the airport which were efficient and professional. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Eduardo was great to work with as we had to change our dates forward a couple weeks. He emailed on a timely basis and I always knew what I needed to get back to him. We will definitely be using this house again.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a fantastic time on this trip. The property is exactly as listed. The villa resides in a private community about 5-10 minutes from the airport. The community is very quiet and gorgeous. We often had the beach to ourselves. We rented the golf carts and did Rosas meal service and both were well worth it. I wouldn’t recommended eating in restaurants in the resort because prices are very inflated (all prices in USD and pricier than NYC!) and it’s not tastier than Rosas cooking! Eduardo was very helpful with all of our questions and requests. The highlights were the lovely pools at ojos indígenas (5min golf cart ride and free entry for guests!) and the catamaran tour. Eduardo helped us set up the boat tour with a group for $70/person. My brother also enjoyed the golf course a lot. We also rented a car which was nice for running errands and going up to Bávaro to visit a friend. There’s no real marketplace within the community. The only downside is you don’t get a feel for local life or culture—but that’s most of punta cana! Still—a great place for a beautiful and quiet family vacation.

Nice property in excellent location

The house was lovely in a nice area in Punta Cana - Tortuga Bay. It is in a gated area with nice and attentive security. You definitely want at least one golf cart, if not two...depending on the number of people in the house. You are extremely close to the La Cana Golf Course and the Westin Hotel (closest ATM) is nearby. The Golf Course club house is a good place to relax and have a drink with a view of the ocean. Playa Blanca is a nice beach with food/drink service that is right after the Westin Hotel - 7 min. golf cart ride. We rented a car to tour the area a bit and I would recommend it. Not for everyone, but we liked the ability to move freely from the resort. La Romana, Higuey are a few closer towns to check out. Drove into the mountains from Higuey and to Macao Beach where you can have some fresh food and and drinks - mildly touristy as folks will try to sell you stuff, but still worth a visit. Rosa (cook) and Chiquitico (house help) were great to have and made the trip even better. They don't speak English, but a translator app works fine. I happened to be with Spanish speaking people, so was easy for us. Rosa is a great cook and it makes it easy to not worry about breakfast or dinner - or the cleanup. Chiquitico was a great resource for ideas of places to go, mixing drinks before dinner and going out to get what you need while you are there. Both very friendly and great to have around. I recommend this place fully.

Birthday Getaway

Everything was wonderful. Jean and Yudi were so sweet. They made everyone feel comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves. Also trust Eduardo when he says he got it and will make sure you are taken care of. Excellent customer service and excellent communication. Look forward to working with them again.

Great house and perfect location

Very nice house and perfectly located. Clean, spacious and well maintained. We did not take advantage of the in-house staff since we wanted to cook our own meals. Made some of the planning a little more complicated for us. Host provided 5 gal of drinking water. Host was very responsive.

Dominican Republic Oasis

We were welcomed by a delicious charcuterie board after a long day of travel by the house staff. Our host gave us a quick tour of the house and the resort and then we settled into the luxurious welcoming home. We had the staff cook a few meals during our stay that were very tasty. Our host arranged a few tours (Eco park, and a Catamaran boating trip) that we requested. He also completed some grocery shopping based on our requests prior to our arrival. We rented a few golf carts which allowed us to explore the vast resort which I believe was a must. All in all, Eduardo and his staff did all they could to help us enjoy his home and our stay in the Dominican Republic.

Pure Relaxation!

We had an amazing experience! The house was exactly as described and even better in person. Everyone in my party had plenty of space, felt safe, and slept soundly. The golf cart was fantastic to explore the neighborhood and get us to the beach and resort pool. Rosa and her helper kept us well fed for breakfast and dinner! The pool was cleaned every day and was a perfect size for us 4. All in all, we had a great trip and would highly recommend staying here!

NO PRIVACY

BE AWARE that the owner lives in an adjacent room attached to this house & the house maids live in a room off the kitchen where they do entertain their guests so you will HAVE NO PRIVACY! Homeowner has a key to the front door & comes in as he pleases even if he rings the doorbell & if you don’t hear it, he lets himself in! The day of arrival we walked in to see an empty pool being filled with 1 hose & caution tape around the pool! The pool was unusable for 4 days. Be advised the pool looks nothing like the listing it is a very small kidney shaped pool not heated and there is NO HOT TUB! The charcuterie/fruit plate and champagne that the owner leaves you which I did not ask for & claims is complimentary per the Review on January 9 2021by Alfred F. 1/5 TERRIBLE is NOT COMPLIMENTARY! When I checked over the receipt for the food that was purchased to cook us a few dinners not only were all the charcuterie/fruit items on it along with a $30 bottle of champagne & MANY cleaning products and MANY paper products along with other food items I never asked for and when I confronted him and told him this is unethical he became extremely belligerent! This house & the furnishings have not been updated since the photos were taken 12 years ago This was the worst vacation I’ve ever had, cried every day! I have filed a formal complaint with VRBO calling every few days for over a month talked to 6 people and still no resolve. I FEEL A REPRESENTATIVE NEEDS TO FORMALLY CHECK ON THIS HOUSE !

Punta Cana

Overall stay was enjoyable. Rosa was delightful and the meals she provided were well done. There was a mix up communicating menu items. Requested desserts with meals and didn’t get any. Asked for bacon and sausage for one breakfast and received neither. The one item I believe needs improvement would be the golf cart. The cart really needs a windshield. This is your main mode of transportation in the resort and rain is likely to catch you driving. Without a windshield you get absolutely soaked. Considering the price of rental a little protection from the weather should be included and should be easy to remedy. Back patio and pool area are definitely the home’s best feature.

Awesome Beach Holiday with Family

We loved how close we were to the beach. We swam in the ocean every day. Rosa cooked a delicious breakfast every morning and made us 5 of our 7 dinners; we all loved her food. Lunch at the beach club was easy. Swimming in the natural swimming holes in the Eco Park was a delight. Our daughters in their 20s loved zooting around in golf carts. Truly relaxing and comforable house, and local on the resort. Felt very safe.

Great first trip to the Dominican

Our family had an amazing trip to Punta Cana! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The location was ideal since our son was in a golf tournament at La Cana golf course. Having the ability to rent a golf cart was so helpful. We used it multiple times a day. Rosa was wonderful. We would definitely stay again!
