"Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."

"The property was fantastic, very large and spacious and well equipped. The WiFi was excellent. The Pool was very good as well. Our only criticisms are minor. 1). The fitted sheets were not big enough for the double bed2) it would be nice to provide a few pods for the washing machine and dishwasher as no one wants to have to buy a large quantity on holiday and then not be able to take them back. 3) Some courtesy coffee pods and tea bags and milk would be good so that visitors can have drinks on arrival and on the first morning4) The location has great views but it isn’t great if you don’t have a car. There is no public transport. There are no shops or restaurants within normal walking distance. We did walk to the beach but only to the part with no facilities. However overall we had a really enjoyable holiday in excellent accommodation. "

"We enjoyed our time in alcaideia spain, my apartment was splendid and well furnished the sit out area was outstanding to enjoy the sunshine, I’m a bit sad the weather wasn’t 100% sunny on our visit. The only reason I wouldn’t give this experience 10/10 is because of the location as you will require rental car to navigate your stay as there are no bus routes in the secluded estate.I will also recommend double bed duvets to be provided for the master bedroom instead of 2 single bed duvets for couples and family."
