"Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. "The property was really nice for the most part. There were a few areas that might need to be fixed soon but nothing major. The pools were great. Staff was great. Didn't have any problems with parking. Lots of great activities for the kids to do. Would stay again. One thing I wasn"t aware of was low tide they had it a few times during our stay, so had to wait for the water to come back before we could play in the ocean. "
