It is located 500 mts from the beach (Brava Beach). 5 minutes from La Mansa, 20 minutes from Solanas, 10 minutes from La Barra, 15 minutes from Manantiales and 30 minutes from José Ignacio. Enjoy all the beaches of Punta del Este.
It has a master suite with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed, with an additional bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything new and has its own grill on one of the terraces. The garage (own) is covered.
