"This property was not ready to be rented. Avoid! They were quick to take our money but not in responding. Tried contacting the host a few times in advance of our checking time as we needed to plan our travel logistics and they were none respondent. Once they responded they said they were very busy renovating and didn’t provide the information we asked . On arrival we were met with old bedding that was not matched , some so old that had holes. The mattresses were dirty and had not been aired not turned in years. Some towels also old The place had not been cleaned and there was dust everywhere . Not the way you want to start a holiday is cleaning! The apartment has recently gone through some renovations - new kitchens and bathrooms.They would look nice one they are finishedUnfortunately they were not ready for our stay , and had been rushed , there was grout left on the showered that blocked the pipes, the hot water was not turned on in one of them leaving it to us to guess how the hot water worked ( not done in a normal way) On day 2 we started see some wet in on of the ceilings which ended up in a massive leaks with the ceiling having to be taken down by a plumber. This caused so much stress. The outside area had so much dust . The parasol was broken and the cushions so dirty I needed to vacuum clean them in advance . In summary the place was dirty and not ready. We were offered a small refund , not enough to cover for the time/effort we put in sorting their mess"

"Beach amazing, location perfect. We arrived late. Everyone friendly and we parked on road for free. Everything safe!"

"Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa within walking distance of all shops, bars and also the sea. Marie gave us some tips on places to eat and things to do, a truly wonderful host. We discovered Santiago De La Ribera in June when we were staying in Los Alcazares and having found this beautiful villa we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in mant Villas and apartments all over Spain and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in, thank you Marie for letting us have your fantastic Villa"

"Camping muito bonito, mesmo na margem do Mar Menor. Restaurante e bar abertos para a areia da praia e acessíveis a não hóspedes. Carta variada, comida muito saborosa. Óptima piscina. Bungalow muito espaçoso, bem decorado, prático, com quatro quartos e grande sofá cama. na sala."

"The apartment was absolutely lovely if not quite what we expected. Its on the 2nd floor and faces to the north, part of a 20 or so complex with a shared pool for the complex. Not quite 'Private' as advertised. However it really wasn't very busy at all and we regularly had the pool to yourselves so after the initial dissapointment we got used to it and have had an amazing chilled out time. The beach onto Mar Menor right out the gate with lovely warm water and snorkeling was brilliant and the views absolutely stunning too! We did have a brill time and would cetainly consider again inbthe future. Note the wifi was pretty unstable and dropped out completely but Gerard immediately got a technician in who was able to sort it and was somewhat improved after that."

"The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again."
