"Everything was very nice. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Would make a couple of suggestions: Grab bars in the shower, more than 2 hand towels in the bathroom, the towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when my brother tried to use it as he was getting out of the shower - he put it back up as best as he could but it was obvious it had fallen off before as the wall paint was chipped off. Thank you for making our stay in Punta Gorda a pleasant one. "

"This could be a great boutique hotel but falls short in many ways. Rooms are ok but bath towels are very small and almost transparent, one large towel for 2 people. I guess rock,paper,scissors champ wins the towel. New bathroom lighted mirror but the electric cover over the old light isn’t cool, particularly at this price point. It’s interesting to get text messages about breakfast before 8 in the morning BUT NO notification when there’s no hot water in the entire hotel. "
