"Room has AC, relatively clean as in there were no bed bugs, otherwise very basic amenities. Breakfast was included and they make a breakfast box for you if you had to leave the hotel early. Family run hotel, they tried to help but not much."

"Marco and his wife were amazing hosts, providing us awesome information even before we got there, and then one we arrived. The room was large and had a great seating area for our whole family. We had a great time at Terito. "

"Hotel Islas Galapagos was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I on our trip to the Galapagos. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel was located close enough to the downtown area that we could walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Also, the lady that owns the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating to what we needed and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could put our bags down after we arrived from the ferry. The only suggested improvement I would say is that the shower was built to be a walk in shower, but the shower head sprayed too far away from the wall causing water to get everywhere in the bathroom, but it was easily cleanable with towels. As two people who were looking for a place to lay our heads with A/C to keep us cool. This was just the place. "

"Excellent location! Walk off the ferry with your bags and directly to La Zayapa. I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service. We left our laundry in the morning and it was done by the time we came back from our outing. Everyone is so nice. Loved our stay!"

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. V clean nice view and amenities v good. Rafael was very accommodating and very considerate. Staff v attentive and helpful providing lots of useful information about the island and best coffee in town. "
