"El Cielo is new and clean. Off of the main road but very close to all the restaurants and stores. Staff was very attentive and helpful when we needed anything. Would stay here again. "

"Carlos was very helpful with answering questions and just a kind man. Their is clearly a constant upkeep of the property. Location was good- though there might be an office closer to the boat docks because when we first arrived my map app kept directing me to the wrong place. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you:)"

"This was my 60th birthday gift from my husband. What a gift! Clean, quiet, beautiful. My husband couldn't stay out of the water. He snorkeled and found a yellow sea horse hiding in the coral just off the deck. It was a joy to swim, snorkel, relax in the hammock and watch the sea that behaves like a lake. Phillip is a great host; making your stay easy and comfortable. Next time though, I'll take some videos to watch in bed."

"This was a unique and amazing place to stay.We loved it!! Lauren was an exceptional host from afar, and the people and places she suggested were all top notch, attentive, and wonderful. The house was so cool! Loved swimming off the front deck and so cool to pick up water taxi rides from our front door! Highly recommend this home for the adventurous types!"

"Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them. "Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. It was therefore shut off at 10pm and we were given a bucket of water so we could flush the toilet. We actually left a day early because of the pump situation, and we wanted to be able to have a nice hot...

If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. "This hotel was amazing and truly a gem in the area. It’s a little further from the main area but I enjoyed that aspect and there’s a dock right across to catch a water taxi. Very convenient. The front desk staff was so attentive and nice. Suli was especially kind to us! I would definitely stay here again! "

"The staff were probably the best part of this experience, very nice. Very well pick you up and bring you back to the airport for a fee. The restaurant at the hotel has a good dinner however the breakfast was 50/50 for me. The hotel is within walking distance of the town. This area is safe nothing to be concerned with with regard to walking day or night that I could ascertain. However the hotel will take you when you need to go. The rooms are fine the air conditioning worked fine the bed was comfortable lots of pillow options. Spirit is a beautiful stream running through the property that makes a peaceful sound. There is a golf course at the property it was nice to look at, but the location is in a rainforest like environment. "
