"The property was not 100 percent opened but was very nice. The restaurants were exceptional but very cold. The servers were extraordinary. The a/c was too strong. The staff could not be more accommodating. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable. There were plenty of covered beach & pool settings. "

"The resort was clean - from the rooms to the pool and beach ! The food was good , it just took a while to figure out what worked well for us. The breakfast was 10/10 , sooo many options & kid approved. It was noted to us that we came during a less crowded tourist time (mid August) so just a small tip. This is a more secluded hotel - not in Hotel Zone but you can take taxis around Cancun. If you’re looking for partying this may not be the right fit for you. This is a place to unwind, be with family & friends. We will DEFINITELY be coming back ! "

"Loved everything about the hotel. Food was great choices of drinks were top notch. Pools were amazing. Staff were very hospitable. Rooms were excellent. Beds were comfortable room size was great. All the amenities were very nice. Only thing I didn’t like was that couldn’t go to the beach because of seaweed. "
