"Wir hatten vom 27.03. bis 01.04.2025 das Casa Monte gemietet. Unsere Gefühle waren zwiespältig – wäre es uns dort vielleicht zu einsam oder hätten wir sogar Angst? Nein, es war im blauen Haus einfach super. Den beeindruckenden Sternenhimmel sahen wir leider nur anfangs. Die restlichen Nächte waren durchwachsen bis hin zu Sturm, Regen und Kälte. Trotzdem haben wir uns weiterhin sehr wohl gefühlt, denn im Haus fehlt es an nichts und Puntagorda hat viele gute Restaurants.In der Nacht vor dem Abflug...

"Pros: Het was superrustig gelegen met uitzicht op zee. Het huis had een leuk zwembad en tuin die je moet delen met andere gasten, maar die je vaak voor jezelf had. Bij aankomst had de eigenaar goed aangegeven waar we de sleutel konden vinden. Binnen stond fruit en koud drinken klaar. Verder kun je op de eigenaar rekenen als je iets nodig hebt. Er was een taalbarrière, aangezien de eigenaar geen Engels kent en wij geen Spaans, maar hij deed zijn best om altijd aan ons te vragen of alles goed...

"We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Lucia. It has a phantastic view and a wonderful garden, it is a lovely and quiet place with great hosts Hazel and Rob. You can either relax on the beautiful terrace or have the choice of a variety of walks nearby or after a short drive. Ample parking at the hotel but for a fee (10 euros/day). However, parking can be found along the road approaching the hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was quiet with few dining options."

"The gardens in which the hotel is built are beyond comparison, a real oasis. The pool is very attractive, with plenty of sunbed area around it. The beach, the local restaurants, the little shops and the bus stop are all very close, and there is a good walking route to the town of Santa Cruz avoiding the main road (50 mins)."
