"Absolutely loved this hotel, sadly only stayed a couple of nights. The location is stunning and it's the perfect location to relax by the infinity pool. The food at the restaurant is amazing too and there is happy hour between 5-6pm every day with delicious cocktails that can be enjoyed by the pool. It feels very luxurious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I suppose the only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers if the hotel is busy, and the WiFi can be a bit patchy. "We stayed there more than 2 weeks amd loved it so much. The place is so quiet and relaxing and perfect for family with kids. The whole vibes of the villa is very balinese. The staff are kind and responding quickly to our needs. The room is very spacious and we love it has big wardrobe which is good for long stay guests. Also their kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and when you need something else, the staff provided it so fast.

"The staff were great as is the case in most of Bali. Hot Springs were just the best. Rooms were clean and comfy bed, but no air con, which wasnt a problem for us. Only other negative was no hot water in shower but if you spend 3 hours in the hot springs like me, who needs a shower."
