Summary:

Conquer Virginia Wine Country at Vinewood Estate. Experience a 5,500 sq. ft. Montana-style log home nestled on a 10-acre active vineyard. We offer a high-touch, "Ease of Everything" model designed for luxury retreats, weddings, and groups. From our private Estate-Crafted Wine to our bespoke Airstream Vineyard and River Expeditions, we handle the logistics so you can focus on the memories. This is a secluded sanctuary where rugged log-home charm meets Restoration Hardware refinement.



The Space:

The home is anchored by soaring floor-to-ceiling stone hearths and three distinct fireplaces, creating a grand yet intimate atmosphere.



Lounge & Design: The lower-level lounge features a signature Restoration Hardware (RH) Vintage Cigar Leather Couch and a reclaimed French farmhouse lumber coffee table.



Private Cinema & Arcade: A massive 120" 4K projection screen with professional sound, plus shuffleboard, skeeball, darts, and poker.



Dual Chef’s Kitchens: Indoors, enjoy a Viking Gas Stove and a rare Austrian Tile Stove (The Green Monster). The outdoor kitchen is a pitmaster’s dream with a RecTec X-Fire Pro, Rec Tec Smoker, and Blackstone flattop.



Hydro-Therapy & Wellness: A private heated pool with an integrated 6-person hot tub, a standalone 8-person deck hot tub, and an infrared sauna. (800 sq. ft. world-class spa currently in development).



Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps 16 guests (up to 12 adults) across 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 2 Full beds, 2 Futons, and 2 Twin beds.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 5,500 sq. ft. estate and all its amenities. As an active working farm, access to the vineyard rows is available upon request. A few storage areas are locked for owner supplies.

Located at the end of a private road in the heart of Loudoun County's wine country, Vinewood Estate offers total seclusion while being minutes from Purcellville's award-winning wineries and breweries. Immerse yourself in the rolling hills and slower pace of Virginia's premier viticultural region.



Getting Around:

We offer exclusive transportation services to ensure a seamless stay:

Vinewood Vintage Expedition: Chauffeur-led vineyard tours in our Airstream 24X or Executive Mercedes Van with a private "VIP Base Station" at every stop.

Vinewood River Expedition: Curated 4-mile Shenandoah drifts with Mercedes transport and Airstream staging.

Airport Transport: We can assist in arranging luxury transport to and from Dulles (IAD) or Reagan (DCA).



Other Things to Note:

Concierge Services: We offer Private Chef arrangements, professional fridge stocking, and an on-site "for purchase" pantry.

Signature Packages: Enhance your stay with our Romance Escape (florals, estate wine, and spa baskets) or the Heirloom S'mores Experience.

Pricing: Baseline rate covers up to 12 guests. Fees apply for additional guests and micro-events/weddings.

Security: Exterior cameras monitor the perimeter and entry points for your safety. No cameras are inside the home.

Pool Season: Generally open April–November; heating is an optional add-on.

EV Charging: We provide an on-site EV charger (Tesla Level 2). Please bring your own adapter if your vehicle requires one



Cancellation & Refund Policy: VineWood Estate and Adventures

We look forward to hosting you at VineWood Estate and Adventures. Because we are a boutique destination with a focus on curated experiences, including our vineyard and luxury spa facilities, we adhere to a strict cancellation schedule to ensure the highest quality of service for all our guests.

100% Refund: Guests who cancel at least 30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time will receive a full refund of the booking total.

50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 29 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.



Policy Details:

Cleaning Fees: If a guest cancels before check-in, the cleaning fee is always refunded.

Travel Insurance: Given the nature of destination travel to the Virginia wine country, we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans.

Rebooking Consideration: If you must cancel within the 30-day window, please notify us immediately. If VineWood Estate and Adventures is able to re-book your specific dates to another guest at the same rate, we will consider a partial credit toward a future stay at our sole discretion.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize your privacy and independent stay. However, a dedicated property care keeper is available during the day to ensure the grounds are pristine. We are always available via the app or phone for any concierge needs. Because this is a working vineyard, you may occasionally see our vineyard manager on the exterior grounds (never inside the guest areas).

Everything about this property and Kerri and Race was amazing through out our stay!!!!We are so happy to have been able to share such a special moment in our lives in this property!Communication was top notch and Kerri is such an amazing host and even helped coordinating with vendors on our special day!Our entire family felt right at home, being able to spend time with our nephew at the play ground, nieces at the pool! Sunday football with a big projector in the basement, family breakfasts, girl time at the hot tub, our pups running around, we made such great memories!!!!

Weekend at the Winery

We had an amazing time staying at the chalet. Our family was able to enjoy the outdoor amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful scenery. It was the perfect about of space for the nine of us.

Beautiful spacious home

We had a great stay with extended family (5 adults, 2 kids) in this beautiful home. It has a rustic feel but very modern and super spacious. Plenty of beds, gorgeous views, excellent game room in the basement. Well stocked and very responsive host. Our trip was in early October and it was still warm enough for the kids to use the heated pool.

Excellent Accommodations!!

This beautiful well-maintained property is perfect for hosting larger get-together. The owners have thought of every detail and there are many high-end amenities available for your stay. The basement game room is amazing for both kids and adults and the hot tube is a perfect way to end your day after hiking and wineries just a few miles away. Great House at the foot of the Blue Ridge

Lovely House at the foot of the Blue Ridge overlooking the Short Hill mountains. Fantastic sunrises, great pool and hot tub. Rustic feeling real log home with every modern convenience and amenity. Whole family enjoyed it. My four year old asked why we had to give it back and wondered if we could just stay and make it ours.

Wedding weekend

Beautiful property! We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. It was a great place for our purposes. The master bath gave the girls plenty of space for make-up and hair. The outside spaces were also well enjoyed, including the pool. Only drawback was the East wing bedroom was very warm even with the fan blowing.

Beautiful getaway

We had a lovely time at Keri's lovely home. She has thought of everything. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, the game room has entertainment for all. Weather didn't cooperate for us to use the pool/hot tub this time but the amenities are so great that you can just stay put and hang out. One afternoon we walked to the winery down the road and it was a quick 15 minute drive to Harper's Ferry. Perfect girls' getaway.

Fabulous family gathering spot

Perfect lovely spot to just enjoy spending time together either in the pool or hot tub or play games or watch movies on the giant screen TV. Easily fit three couples and a baby. Nestled in a vineyard and close drive to Harper’s Ferry and many vineyard tasting rooms. Great opportunity to discover smash burgers on their Blackstone, simple walks along gravel roads and the joys of a giant jetted tub with views of the vineyard, not to mention the heated bidet! Keri is a fabulous host and went above and beyond in so many ways.

Wedding prep

We rented this house for the family for my daughters wedding at Blandy Farms! It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the firpit, sitting by the pool and catching up and watching top gun in the game room. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our traditional big country breakfast! Girls' Weekend

An amazing property with incredible amenities. Everything you could want and so much more! There were 10 of us and we could all hang out comfortably together or find a place to get away by ourselves. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd ever need. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with beautiful linens and towels. The host is gracious and easy to work with. We hope to visit again!

Perfect for family gathering

The Rustic log chalet was perfect for our family gathering. We had 4 adult couples, 1 adult single, and 3 children and every one had a comfortable place to sleep. The deck with hot tub and swimming pool were great for the kids and young adults. Pops liked the serene setting of the property while enjoying morning coffee on the deck. Kind of fun that we visited 3 states (VA, WV, MD) while searching for groceries and golf courses. One of the couples enjoyed the nearby national parks and the air plane museum that was nearby. Would highly recommend for a scenic and secluded getaway.

Sisters weekend

The four of us really enjoyed the comfort of having our own "suite" and the ability to spend time together. We had some issues with traffic because of 340 being closed but we weathered it ok! Enjoyed visiting Harpers Ferry, wineries, farm markets and LOVED Magnolias restaurant in Purcellville! The house is amazing and so spoiled having "Alexa" to turn on the lights and hot water - lol

Incredible Escape!

Beautiful home nestled in a beautiful rural area with great views. All amenities were as listed and well taken care of. Home was so comfortable with tons of sitting/gathering areas indoors and out. A property manager was available to help out as needed (not needed except to find some fire wood and counsel on a switch function). Amazing escape!

Tranquility personified!

Just the 2 of us spent 3 glorious days in this majestic house and setting, we even had a little snowstorm roll through the 2nd day. Keri is a first-rate host, could not have asked for better service from her and the house is truly magnificent. A few minor details that can be expected with rental properties, however, Keri is on top of things and sounds like plans for some re-modeling are in the works that will put this place over the top. Looking forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Family Get Together

The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The pool area was the place everyone wanted to be. And it was the perfect spot for our lunches too! Our grandchildren enjoyed playing in the basement and we all loved watching movies on the big screen. The kitchen had good counter space for our preparation of our meals. And the large table in the kitchen area was perfect! The area was so quiet and we enjoyed the lovely view of the vineyard. All communications with the owner and manager were always responded immediately.

Family Reunion

We loved this house and property. It was beautiful and in a great location. It was our family reunion for my husband and me and our four kids plus spouses and 2 babies. Located in the country yet nearby grocery and liquor shopping and convenient to everything we needed and wanted - hiking on the Appalachian Trail, kayaking and tubing on the river and so close Harpers Ferry for wandering and shopping. Not far from Leesburg Animal Park, AND lots of wineries and breweries! So much to do including just hanging out at the pool. The house was equipped for everything we needed for preparing group meals. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of pool toys. We had a great time!

Exquisite Home With All The Furnishings

We rented this gorgeous and unique home to celebrate my husband’s birthday with friends and were blown away by how unique, clean, and gorgeous the house and property were. They had all sorts of little, thoughtful extras and a fully stocked home. The hot tub and sauna were a huge hit. Loved that we were in walking distance to Notaviva winery/brewery. They did an amazing job providing food and supporting a birthday gathering there. The VRBO owner was super responsive and even agreed to mail back a knife a friend forged at Lawless Forgers and accidentally left behind. (I highly recommend that place for a unique outing.) Great thanks to the owners for making the weekend very special!

Lovely and Spacious Chalet!

The chalet was comfortable and spacious with more wonderful amenities (especially the technology!) then you could imagine. There were many places to gather or sit quietly with a book. The views from the house were stunning, bird watching from the back deck sublime, and the pool was large, well equipped with floaties, and was enjoyable for all ages. The children loved the game room! Keri was a wonderful host and promptly answered all questions. The caretaker was courteous and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend for family vacations. Ours was a family of 10 with three generations and we had plenty of space and lots of fun!
