"Myself and four friends rented this beautiful cottage for a pre-wedding getaway, and our stay was genuinely perfect. Joanne & Kyle's communication was excellent; they were really responsive, kind, and accommodating. Check-in was simple and accompanied with a detailed Welcome Guide. They even left us a little welcome package at the door with a lovely personalized note that made our bride feel even more special. The cottage itself and the property as a whole is gorgeous. Very well maintained, exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofas were all very comfortable. We made good use of the amenities, including the fire pit (which had plenty of wood provided) and the wonderful screened in porch. The instruction binders provided were also super clear and useful to have. There are so many areas to exist comfortably here, from the house all the way down to the dock - which is a great size, very well maintained, with multiple points of water access. The lake is beautiful and wonderful for swimming. We all agreed we'd very happily book again, and I have already recommended this listing to my other friends and family. 10 out of 10!! "We had an absolutely delightful stay at Clyde Hall. Our hosts were available for our every need. As my husband has some difficulty with stairs, Robert was always available to help carry our luggage from the car to our beautiful room and then back to the car. The house is beautiful, with gorgeous antiques and the interiors were very bright and carefully planned. The breakfasts were prepared by Robert and they were out of this world! Best I’ve ever had! The grounds are impeccable, as was the swimming pool area. A great place to relax! You really can spend the whole day there. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. Cheri and Murray Kaufman"
